A year or so later a Wall Street Investment firm hired him to work in their California branch and he soon found himself providing investment plans and strategies that included the offering of mutual funds, annuities and other insurance and investment products.

Then at the age of 28, Michael found an opportunity to provide an additional arrow in his quiver of investment products and ideas: that opportunity was the offering of real estate. He was hired by a real estate company in the San Fernando Valley called Park Regency Realty. It was at Park Regency that Michael acquired three excellent mentors: the owner of Park Regency, Joseph Alexander; Dan Tresierras an agent at Park Regency; and Jerry Rosenfeld an escrow officer for Park Regency escrow division. Five years later Michael Green Investment Services, Inc. was established to offer a unique brand of business to the public providing a qualified blend of real estate services, mortgage services, insurance and investment planning services under one umbrella.

Now more than a decade later, you will find Michael Green Realty, MG Financial Services and Michael Green Investment Services, Inc. providing these services to the public with an extremely knowledgeable sales force more than ready to assist the public with all of their real estate and investment needs. Michael’s constant idea and goal is to provide the best service and products possible and nothing less. Fortunately, for his clients, Real Estate has run throughout the blood of the Hardy family for generations. His grandfather, father, and uncle have worked in Real Estate in their life times. And as can be imagined, many a dinner table conversation involved the details of closing a complicated escrow.

Before becoming a successful Realtor, Matthew graduated from California State University Northridge in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History, specializing in the history of Southern California. This background in the area’s cultural, economic and social history allows Matthew to provide a unique perspective on the future outlook of the area to his clients.

Eric Amrhein

In addition to the various classes Eric completed in real estate finance, escrow, appraisal, and economics, he supplements his real estate knowledge with continuous education in investment, creative financing, and other courses and seminars.

Eric’s objective is to understand your real state needs and provide you with the utmost in dedication, reliability, and competence. He specializes in first time buyers, investment properties, and creative financing. Eric endeavors to establish the ultimate client / agent relationship, by responding to your needs and guiding you throughout the real estate process.
